This was a complete surprise for us today (even though the boys are convinced the naughty elf did it 🤣), and honestly… it stopped us in our tracks.

Natalie didn’t tell us a thing — she just quietly planned, created and poured her heart into this, and when we walked in and saw it… wow. The thought, the love, the detail… it’s on another level.

Anyone who knew Lync knew how much he adored Toy Story, especially Buzz, and she’s captured that perfectly. It felt like walking into a little piece of him.

What she’s done here is something words can’t properly describe. It means more to us than she will ever realise — a gift made from pure love, and nothing else.

We were completely surprised today 💙 Jarvo and Chloe had secretly arranged something so special — a tree planted in memory of Lync 🌳⭐️ We had no idea, and getting to go up there with them to see it for the first time honestly took our breath away.

The spot they’ve chosen is perfect — peaceful, full of life, and with the most amazing views. Standing there together meant so much and is something we’ll never forget.

Jarvo has been one of my oldest and best friends — always loyal, thoughtful, and someone who’s been there through everything. What you and Chloe have done truly shows the kind of people you are 💙

⭐️ Lync To The Stars

Lifelong friendships truly last a lifetime, in the hardest moments, they’re the people who know how to reach your heart, hold your pain, and turn something difficult into something quietly meaningful. Tom did exactly that. He hand-crafted, from scratch, a place for us to be with Lync — a space for reflection, for comfort, and for his brothers to feel connected to him. It’s a simple, thoughtful reminder of how real friendship shows up when you need it most.

Engraved with Lync's favourite characters and made with love, the bench travelled hundreds of miles to reach us. It has become a place not only for our boys, but for his cousins and family members to pause and spend a quiet moment with him. On the anniversary, we opened our garden — and his bench — to our nearest and dearest. As we lit a candle, we took the evening to reflect on Lync and the light he brought into our lives.
