Lync was a ray of sunshine wrapped in mischief. With his massive cheeky grin and beautiful blue eyes , he had an infectious charm that could melt any heart. A happy little boy with a love for life , he kept everyone on their toes , whether it was with his playful antics or knack for making a mess. He thrived on routine , starting each day getting ready with his Daddy before heading off to his childminder, Jane. Capturing his playful spirit and adoring his quirks she ensured Lync was given the love and guidance he needed to thrive.

From a young age Lync faced challenges , struggling with his verbal expression he found ways to break barriers in communication and learning. His happiness was constant , his smile a beacon of joy and a cheeky warning of trouble , he was unremarkably unique in so many ways. Adoring children's films such as Toy story , Sing , Moana , Nemo and trolls , dancing away and treasuring his characters , Lync liked to collect belongings , his room always like a cave of treasures lovingly piled or emptied onto his bed.

His bond with his big brother Nate was remarkable - instinctively understanding each other in ways no one else could, he had a way of making Lync laugh all the way from his little toes — a powerful, infectious laugh that echoed through the house. They could play for hours, completely wrapped up in their own world, and in the quiet moments they couldn’t get any closer if they tried. They were each other’s comfort, naturally drawn together in a way that showed how strong their bond truly was. Most youngest siblings promoted to “second child” take time adjusting, and Lync was no different — he loved Crew with all his heart, but he was rough, playful, and often seemed to be wondering when this new little person was going back. Even so, Crew fascinated him. Despite the climbing, and sometimes over enthusiastic attention that came his way, crew adored Lync even more. What started as curiosity grew into a genuine, loving bond between them, one that showed just how naturally they connected in their own unique way.

Lync made a lasting impression on any one he met , his presence lit up a room with his quirky confidence and effortless charm. He wanted for nothing — his grandparents gave him the world and more, always supporting his favourite hobbies and happily investing in whatever new interest had caught his eye. Adored like a brother, his cousins spent countless hours running around with him, constantly laughing at his antics. His auntie and uncle thought of him as one of their own, and their home became his second home. It was no surprise that Lync would often grab his coat and wellies, ready to head straight over there the moment he could.

Lync never went anywhere without leaving a mark, and because of that we have so many memories to hold on to and so many stories to share. The support we’ve received from our community reflects this too — a reminder of how much he touched the people around him and how widely he was loved.

It’s only fitting that Lync to the Stars carries his name. Lync was super bright, super special, and the distance we will go to honour him is immeasurable. Our love always to infinity and beyond...
